During January and February TWC’s donation requests focus on personal care products (shampoo, lotions, etc.) and non-perishable foods. This is an opportunity to change lives for the better. When TWC furnishes a transitional apartment, the formerly homeless family rises from despair to hope simply by knowing there is dinner in the house. Items such as pasta, marinara sauce, mac ‘n’ cheese, tuna, beans, canned veggies and fruits, breakfast cereals, oatmeal, PB & J, pancake mix, syrup, cooking oil, salt & pepper, ketchup, mayo, mustard, tea, coffee, crackers, soups (dried or canned), sugar, etc. Note: Products must be within “Use By” date. Personal Care Products: Every apartment gets a “fresh start” with a full range of personal care items, such as bandaids, deodorant (men and women), floss, toothpaste (no toothbrushes), sanitary products, shampoo and conditioner, shave cream, Q-tips, emery boards, Baby shampoo. Reminder: we do not accept clothing or furniture. Thank you from Topanga Women’s Circle and the families we serve (topangawomenscircle.org).
