HugelKultur Workshop
Landfill to Landscape in Topanga, CA, Hands-On Hugelkultur Workshop
Join Regenerative Garden Designers Leigh Adams and Shawn Maestretti on Saturday, February 20, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., for a hands-on opportunity to learn how to build a Hugelkultur berm that will retain moisture, build healthy soil, grow a healthy garden, and support community. See Kat High’s Hugelkultur mound three months after it was installed. This is an opportunity to learn these practices so you can take them home and put into practice, as Kat did. Location in Topanga, CA, will be announced to registrants three days prior to the event. We will be taking extra precautions to keep people six feet apart and safe while everyone has an opportunity to work together. All proceeds will go to our budding not-forprofit organization, Poly/Ana, where our mission is to educate communities as agents of change to honor and protect natural, living systems.
